February 17th, 2009 Welcome to the brand new Daemonic Presence! I believe that we are ready for our official grand re-opening! We welcome all new members with open arms and the lands anxiously await their new occupants. Unfortunantly, I, Asia (kisosen) will be away for the next week due to illness and a trip involving my synchronized figure skating team. But it's all good since DP will be left in the capable hands of Pardy!
February 10th, 2009 Reconstruction of Daemonic Presence has begun! Pardalis has agreed to come on as my co-admin and we're getting the place a new skin, updating all the old facts, as well as clearing out the out dated and inmaterial. We welcome you to jump on if you feel like helping our efforts or to just sit back and relax till the site it ready to host members and role play again.

Daemonic Presence is a realistic wolf rpg that thrives on literacy and dramatic plots. In North America during Europe's "dark ages" the wolf is respected by the Native American people who share its home. Free from hunting by humans, only mother nature and her cohorts can keep the lupine species in check. A new land has become available for the wolves to make their lives, and as three packs rise in strength, an unknown evil is on its way to make them prove their vitality and worth. Will you contribute to their cause, or sit back and watch them fall?

although winter is slow to melt away and the storms continue in their brutality longer than usual, the land slowly gains back it's vibrancy as life is renewed in the know world. small prey is still lacking, but large game have become plentiful as herds return with new life

Dornberger Private School for Secondary Education is an institute near to the river, far from population, which has the reputation of being an elitist school. Only those who are reached out to are actually eligible to apply, and of those many return home unsure of why they were rejected, unaware of what had happened in the school during the admission test. Hence, it is called the school you can never remember.
Dornberger Private School for Secondary Education is actually no school. Inside the premises of the school, exists a secret training ground for future sleepers, assassins, spies, militants and what not. Led by a confederacy of several security organizations and assassin groups, inside the walls exists Special Military Arts Training Program - the desperate struggle by the 'good' underworld to train teenagers to fight off the growing unease of the future, the potential for indiscriminate war and annihilation. No one knows how they find students worthy of fulfilling the task - but you could be next.
A high school of a kind - combined with acne and prom, death and murder - you just cannot remember it all.
There have been stories about heaven and hell, but not so many about limbos. One particualr limbo is inhabited by canids who call themselves flipsiders. They are blocked from the otherside(aka earth) and do not mix with the otherside except when catching the fallen who can join their ranks.
The flipside is like a prison for sinners. Every inhabitant is in flipside for a specific reason. They made some bad decisions during their life on the otherside that has interfered with living their life to its fullest extent. Each character has a crime or bad habbit that sets them apart and classify them as a sinner. They are here, on the fliplside, to break their bad habits and learn from their crime. Once they change their ways for good, it is said that they can leave the flipside if they wish. In some cases, a canid never changes themselves, so they linger in the flipside for eternity. In the flipside you can no longer see your family, your friends, or your loved ones that you left behind on the otherside. Instead, you are trapped here, getting lost in this endless hell with a bunch of sinners until you change. If you want to, that is.

The packs have been living in fair peace through out the years. Quite nice, the peace has been. The four packs (Lunar Moon Pack, Amazon Lands, Fog Valley, and Twisted Desires) are friendly to each other. Maybe the reason is because they didn't often come near each other. But, this time, this year, this month, who knows, maybe even today, that will all change. Fights are starting to break out outside of packs... and inside of packs. Its getting deadlier and deadlier for parents or soon to be parents to have or raise pups. Wolves are dying, and its all because of some lousy wolves who are lazy, and won't hunt on their territory or such. All the wolves agree, surprisingly, that they should punish the wolves who do so. But, leaders haven't been enforcing it. Actually, they’ve been the ones saying for the wolves to do it!
Will you venture into modern Russia, and join a pack? Or, would you be a loner? Live the life as a wolf, or dog, or something along the Canis line. Hunt, mate, enjoy life, hate life, its all here in Wolves of the Woods. Live or die. Yep, that’s the code.

Condemned Descent We are Condemned Descent. An all tiger roleplaying group, we are newly created and open for business. Members are needed, and great positions are needed to be filled! The three tribes, Bamboo Inclave, Timberle Vines and Bramble Thicket are facing a deadly problem. The Fire Gods, or commonly known as the “Indians” are hunting them down in their own jungle! The loners are acting suspicious, tensions are running high and with summer coming, the clans are facing a deadly danger of fires and a whirlwind of downfalls.

The Lamenting Forest is a wolf role-play site that uses the language and wolf lore from David Clement-Davies’ popular book The Sight, and its sequel, Fell. Over 800 years ago large wolf like beings roamed the soils of this earth. They were feared by the Indians of the land, but also worshiped for their strengths and abilities. The Indians gave them sacrifices from their sheep flocks and cow herds. The wolves accepted them, leaving alone the villages and people, but a new threat soon came.
White men were invading the lands and taking over everything. This angered the wolves and they began killing all on sight, but little the wolves knew of the weapons they had. Instead of running and fearing the wolves, they began to hunt them. They used guns and knives, something the wolves had never seen before, so they vanished into the woods. There they evolved, turning from Werewolves to Lycans. They were able to keep their human forms and were able to live among the people of the world, but the time they chose to re-emerge was one of the worst. Talk of witchcraft and magic was spreading, and how all who possessed it were to be burned.
The lycans feared for their lives, so they stayed hidden and secluded. Slayers were being trained to hunt down the unholy creatures of this world, but to the lychons relief they were spared. They had been forgotten, but it wasn't long until they were once again discovered. The people of the villages began to fear the night and the Slayers began to hunt the lycans. Most thought they could not hold human form, but it was soon learned they could and killings of lycans in their human forms began to be reported.
The Slayers began to hunt the lycans as their main creature and their race began to disappear. Many Slayers appeared at night, when a lycan had no choice but to change into the wolf-like creatures. With fear once again striking them, they ran into the forests and hid away from the world.
The emerged once more, able to keep human form and change at will; but different conditions had different effects on the lycans, so clans began to form. The clans were separated by jealousy and hatred for each other. The clans began to fight and feud over who was better. Their war raged on for years in the silence of the night. Eventually all hunting for those of the dark arts stopped – the Slayers went into a state of dormancy, waiting till the return of the Lycans.The Lycans again began killing off flocks and herds, but with the disappearances and strange noises of them fighting in the night the Slayers soon returned. They were better equipped and with more knowledge of their species. An all out war broke out between the races, one against the other.
Throughout time the two have fought and many have been killed, generations of father and son have taken their places in the war, but the lycans still feud with each other, killing off each other along with the Slayers. As time passed the lycans had to go into secrecy, living away and in secrecy.The slayers began to create new weapons,one in particular they have used like drugs.Once injected this serum turns a lycan normal,and once their powers are gone the slayers force them into their school,and use them to learn more about the clans. In today’s world they still walk among us, along with Slayers, but with a new school that trains the Slayers, and The Lycan clans becoming more aggressive from the temptations of today, will the lycan race be able to survive? Who will be left standing in the end?
What is TIME? TIME is a freeform, semi-realistic wolf role play. We are hosted by Invisionfree and have started May 2, 2009. There is no predetermined plot that's decided OOC; the characters do what they want and create the plot as they go along.
Can I use magic? No, TIME doesn't go that far into fantasy. Magic makes sites complicated and makes us have to draw up more rules to control Power Playing and God Modding. So no magic.
Can I join? Of course. Join us and step into the story of TIME. Form pack, build alliances, even make enemies. Continue your bloodline... or end the the bloodline of your foe. Life is what you make it. It's your life, and it's now or never.
